MuricaCards is a parody and satire greeting-card service. Every card, roast, image, headline, and inside message is created for comedic and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site is intended as a sincere statement of fact, a personal attack, an endorsement, or professional advice of any kind. If a card resembles a real person, event, or sacred cow, it is an exaggeration played for laughs.

You — the buyer — choose the recipient, the occasion, the roast level, the inputs, and the words that go on the card. You preview and approve every card before checkout. By placing an order you confirm that you alone are responsible for who receives it and how they react. MuricaCards is not the author, sender, or publisher of your card; we are a print-and-mail service acting at your direction.

You choose who a card targets, and you — not MuricaCards — are responsible for that choice. By generating, editing, approving, ordering, or sending a card, you represent and warrant that:

• the person the card targets is yourself, someone who has given you permission to create a satirical roast about them, or a fictional or generic character;
• you have all rights necessary to create, order, and send the card; and
• you will not use the card to harass, bully, threaten, defame, or invade the privacy of any person, or to violate anyone's right of publicity.

You agree not to create cards aimed at real public figures (celebrities, politicians, athletes, executives, and the like), and our automated systems may refuse or cancel such requests. If a card you create injures, defames, or exposes a third party, that is your responsibility under the No-Liability and Indemnification sections below.

These cards are designed to be edgy, sarcastic, irreverent, and politically incorrect. They may include profanity, dark humor, political commentary, religious references, body-related jokes, breakup burns, military humor, and other material that some recipients will find offensive, distasteful, hurtful, or upsetting. By using this site you acknowledge and accept that risk, and you agree that any offense, hurt feelings, damaged relationships, broken friendships, awkward holiday dinners, lost roommates, or therapy bills arising from a card you sent are your responsibility, not ours.

Even with full freedom of speech, we draw a line. We will refuse to print, and may cancel and refund, any order that we believe contains:

• Slurs or hate speech targeting protected classes (race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.).
• Credible threats of violence, harassment, or stalking.
• Sexual content involving minors, or content sexualizing real identifiable people without consent.
• Cards that target, harass, or defame a real public figure, or that target a private individual who has not consented to receive them.
• Doxxing — real home addresses, phone numbers, SSNs, or other private info about third parties.
• Content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, or right of publicity.
• Anything we believe is illegal under U.S. federal law or the law of the destination address.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including content we simply don't want associated with our brand. Refunds for refused orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Card text and image descriptions are generated by automated AI models. AI output can be weird, wrong, repetitive, or unintentionally similar to other content. We do not guarantee that any generated card is original, accurate, factual, or suitable for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the card before adding it to your cart.

THE SITE AND ALL CARDS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT YOUR JOKES WILL LAND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MURICACARDS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AI PROVIDERS, AND FULFILLMENT PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOST RELATIONSHIPS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CARD YOU CREATED, SENT, OR RECEIVED. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A CARD IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THAT CARD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MuricaCards and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or attorneys' fees brought by a recipient, third party, or government authority that arises from (a) content you generated, edited, approved, or sent through the site, or (b) your violation of these terms or any applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place an order, or send a card. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.

Jokes about political figures, parties, or movements are satire and do not represent the political views of MuricaCards, our employees, or our partners. We don't endorse candidates. We endorse laughs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the site you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

We can update this page at any time. We'll change the “last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
